What this does not do
This proof monitor is separate from checkout readiness and support-interest metrics. Receipt evidence does not turn downloads into paid products and does not change store_connected.
Raw exports stay local
Payment export files in state/revenue-proofs/inbox are ignored by git.
Checkout still has its own gate
Product checkout remains disconnected unless checkout-readiness and status.json say otherwise.
Revenue is not guaranteed
Accepted local receipt evidence can record a payment after it exists; it cannot create buyers.
